How long will it take for my order to arrive?

Delivery times vary depending on your location and the shipping method selected. Standard shipping typically takes 3–7 business days, while expedited options will arrive sooner, based on your location. An estimated delivery date will be provided at checkout.

Do you offer free shipping?

Yes—we offer free standard shipping on all orders over $300 (before tax) within Canada, to delivery addresses located within 75 km of a major city centre. For all other orders, shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.

How can I track my order?

Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number via email. You can use this number to follow your package through our shipping partner’s website.

Do you ship internationally?

At this time, we do not offer automated international shipping. For international orders, please reach out to contact@truvaii.com to arrange shipping and ensure compliance with current trade agreements between Canada and your country.

Can I change my shipping address after placing an order?

We process orders quickly, so if you need to update your shipping address, please contact our customer service team as soon as possible. Once an order has shipped, the address cannot be changed.

What if I miss the delivery?

If you're unavailable at the time of delivery, most carriers will leave a notice with instructions for rescheduling or picking up your package from a local facility. Please refer to your tracking link for the most up-to-date information.
