Do you offer free shipping?

Yes—we offer free standard shipping on all orders over $300 (before tax) within Canada, to delivery addresses located within 75 km of a major city centre. For all other orders, shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.

Do you ship internationally?

At this time, we do not offer automated international shipping. For international orders, please reach out to contact@truvaii.com to arrange shipping and ensure compliance with current trade agreements between Canada and your country.

Can I change my shipping address after placing an order?

We process orders quickly, so if you need to update your shipping address, please contact our customer service team as soon as possible. Once an order has shipped, the address cannot be changed.
